Kaiser Permanente

JCOR was the mechanical prime contractor for a 40,000 sq ft build-out of a new medical clinic. Project included hot water heat with multiple VAV’s, RTU’s with DX cooling, DDC controls. Plumbing included new restrooms, multiple exam room fixtures, DI water, upsiziing gas and water entry, etc.

VA ECHS Medical Center HVAC Upgrades & Mods

Installed two roof top air handling units, seven air-cooled condensing units, four duct-mounted heating coils, six fan coils, and added a complex exterior ductwork enclosure while working in an occupied 24-hour hospital environment.
UCD CUP Expansion 4 Chiller

Added one chiller and two cooling towers with associated piping and equipment. Work included electrical, sheet metal, structural steel, roofing, insulation, test and balance, etc. Project was occupied during construction.
