Renovate Pool Piping and Equipment at Abe Lincoln High School.

UCD CUP Expansion 4 Chiller

Scope included adding one chiller and two cooling towers with associated piping and equipment. Work included electrical, sheet metal, structural steel, roofing, insulation, T&B, etc. Occupied during construction.

CU Stearns West Restroom Renovation

Plumbing for renovation of 27 student restrooms in the dormitory. Re-piped and replaced all of the fixtures.

CU Stearns Tower Mechanical Upgrades

Fast tracked project which included installing approximately 300 shutoff valves on the chilled and hot water risers serving residence towers at Williams Village. Project also included replacing 12 fan coil units.

UCB – Smart Grid Steam Meter Project

Pilot program for a campus-wide sub-metering program. Installed various sizes of high-pressure steam, electrical and domestic water meters. All meters were tied into the campus communication system enabling the meters to be read remotely from a central location.

Wheat Ridge Middle School Improvements

Installed new owner-provided chiller and a cooling tower with associated piping and six new pumps.

Crown Point Academy (Charter School)

A new ground up 45,000 square-foot elementary charter school. JCOR assisted in the design and built the new plumbing systems.

AIMS Community College Court – HVAC Upgrades Phases I & II

Complete renovation of the entire mechanical system which included removing the entire dual duct system and replacing it with a single duct hot water VAV system. Included all major mechanical equipment with the associated piping and ductwork, structural steel modifications, temperature controls, test and balancing, and commissioning. All work was completed while the school was occupied.

Rocky Ford High School Mechanical Upgrades

Various mechanical and energy-efficient upgrades including instantaneous water heaters, heating water pumps, rerouting heating water mains, and repiping air handling coils.

Thomas Jefferson, McKinley-Thatcher, Smiley Middle School – Complete HVAC Retrofit

New steam boiler, 3 high-efficiency hot water heaters, temperature control retrofit from pneumatic to DDC; replaced existing chiller with 135-ton chiller and associated pumps and equipment.

Montclair Elementary School Steam Boilers

Replaced two steam boilers at Montclair Elementary.

South High Water Heater Replacement

Replaced the existing steam to the hot water heat exchanger, removed existing 1500 gallon hot water storage tank, and replaced with three high-efficiency Aerco water heaters.

CSM Mechanical Upgrade

Chilled Water Distribution -- Added chilled water piping, pumps, and coils to six existing air handlers.

CU Williams Village Grey Water

Installed gray water recirculation system at Village North residence hall.

UCD Bldg 400 Steam

Re-route steam to 400 Series Buildings

UCD Utility Vault 3.2 Emergency Replacement

Plumbing for renovation of 27 student restrooms in the dormitory. Re-piped and replPhase #1 – Demo’d existing steam vault and replaced steam, condensate, chilled water supply and chilled water return piping with new pre-insulated piping.

Phase #2 – Removed and replaced steam and condensate lines to Buildings 401 and 402. aced all of the fixtures.

CU Stearns Fan Coil Replacement

Replaced fan coil units in 375 rooms. This short-timeframe project required extensive coordination and complex scheduling. Work included electrical, temperature controls, replacing tile and HVAC.

Highline Academy (Charter School)

40,000 square foot charter school. The school took possession of an old General Motors Test Facility. JCOR assisted in the design build of the plumbing systems.

Green Mountain High School Boiler Replacement

Furnished and installed two new 2,000,000 BTU boilers with the associated welded piping, pumps, flue, piping, electrical controls and insulation.

North Star Academy (Charter School)

A new design-build 40,000 square foot charter school. The school took possession of an out-of-business 80,000 square foot hardware retail box store. A new elementary school was built in half of the building. JCOR assisted in the design and built the plumbing systems.

Monarch Montessori (Charter School)

A new 15,000 square foot Montessori school. The school took possession of a portion of the existing office space. JCOR assisted in the design of and built the new plumbing systems. In addition, JCOR troubleshot and repaired the existing heating and cooling systems to get them working properly for the entire building.

Auraria Higher Education Center UPS & Cooling Unit

A mechanical prime project which included furnishing and installing a new UPS, Chillers, CRAC unit with all associated chilled water piping, structural support, roofing, temperature controls, insulation, electrical and balancing.

CU MSSC RL-6 Air Handling & Cooling Retrofit

Furnished and installed a new 100-ton chiller and AHU with all associated chilled water piping, structural support, roofing, temperature controls, ductwork, insulation, electrical, and balancing.

Deer Creek, Manning, & Stober Schools – Grease Interceptors

Separated grease waste from the sanitary waste inside the kitchen area, ran grease waste through new grease interceptors and tied back into the existing sanitary.

UNC Michener Hall Cooling Tower Replacement

Replaced and upgraded the existing cooling tower.

Holm, Henry & Dennison Public Schools – Mechanical Retrofit

Installed new burners on the existing steam boilers, refurbished the existing cooling towers, installed backflow prevention at the water entry, and upgraded the pneumatic controls to DDC at Dennison.
